Plastic air exhaust diffuser, DVLF125Code: DVLF125Exhaust air terminal device DVLF is a circular disc valve with a valve cone of aerodynamic design. This valve possesses excellent characteristics with regard to noise level, pressure drop and air flow capacity. The design of the sound absorbent reduces the risk of cross-talk noise. The device, which is designed for wall-mounting or, alternatively, for ceiling- mounting, is available in five sizes to suit duct connections with a diameter between 80 mm and 200 mm

Made of sheet steel and electrostatically painted with white epoxy paint (RAL 9010), which gives a glossy and dirt-repellent surface. A mounting frame with a rubber gasket is included.
The supply air diffuser DTS125 has a sector plate to control the air flow. Adjustment of the diffuser or sector plate is done by turning the disc and/or sector plate to the desired position and locking it with the locking nut. The sector plate can also be removed.

An intuitive assembly concept and an integrated rubber seal make air-tight installation of the valve easy. 75 rastered adjustment positions enable the air volume to be adjusted easily and very precisely without the need for tools. Using the 25 numbers on the control disc and 3 levels, the valve position can be read off and documented during commissioning in the documentation fields on the back of the valve. Once regulated, the valve can also be secured using the purpose-designed locking mechanism; this prevents the adjustment position from being modified inadvertently. The installation height of the Zehnder ComfoValve Luna E extract air valve has remained unchanged at 30 mm despite changes to the adjustment positions, meaning that it can be perfectly integrated.
