Purchase rules

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Rules of Purchase and Sale (hereinafter – the "Rules") constitute a binding legal document for both the Buyer and the Seller, establishing the rights, obligations, and liabilities of both parties during the acquisition of goods via the online store.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend, correct, or supplement these Rules at any time, in accordance with legal requirements. The Buyer shall be informed of such changes on the online store’s website. Orders are subject to the Rules in effect at the moment the order is placed.
1.3. The following persons are eligible to purchase from the online store:
1.3.1. Legally capable natural persons (adults over the age of 18 whose capacity is not restricted by court order);
1.3.2. Minors between 14 and 18 years of age, provided they have the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they independently dispose of their own income;
1.3.3. Legal entities;
1.3.4. Authorized representatives of any of the aforementioned persons.
1.4. By confirming these Rules, the Seller guarantees that the Buyer is entitled to purchase goods in the online store according to Clause 1.3.
1.5. The Purchase-Sale Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer forms a shopping cart, specifies a delivery address, selects a payment method, confirms familiarity with the Rules, and clicks the "Confirm Order" button.2. Protection of Personal Data
2.1. The Buyer may order goods:
2.1.1. By registering on the website and providing the required data;
2.1.2. Without registration.
2.2. For order fulfillment, the Buyer must provide: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and email address.
2.3. By agreeing to these Rules, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of sales, service analysis, and direct marketing.
2.4. The Buyer consents to receive informational messages necessary for order fulfillment via the provided email and phone number.
2.5. The Buyer undertakes to protect and not disclose their login credentials to third parties.3. Rights and Obligations of the Buyer
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in accordance with these Rules and other information sections of the store.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement by notifying the Seller in writing (via email, specifying the item and order number) within 14 business days from the date of delivery, unless the law provides otherwise.
3.3. The right to return goods (Clause 3.2) applies only if the item has not been damaged, used, or fundamentally changed in appearance.
3.4. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price.
3.5. The Buyer must update their registration data immediately if any changes occur.4. Rights and Obligations of the Seller
4.1. The Seller undertakes to ensure all conditions for the proper use of the online store's services.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to compromise the stability or security of the store, the Seller may restrict or terminate the Buyer’s access without prior notice.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy regarding personal information provided in the registration form.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the address specified by the Buyer.5. Ordering, Prices, and Payment
5.1. Purchases can be made 24/7.
5.2. The price is indicated in Euros, including VAT.
5.3. Payment methods: E-banking, bank transfer, credit/debit card online, or payment at the physical store (Savanorių pr. 191, Vilnius).
5.4. Order processing and delivery terms begin only after the Seller receives full payment for the goods.6. Delivery
6.1. The Buyer must provide a precise delivery address.
6.2. Delivery terms (typically 2–10 business days) are preliminary and may be extended up to 14 business days due to external logistics or manufacturer availability.
6.3. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the package and note any damages in the courier's presence. Failure to do so exempts the Seller from liability regarding packaging damage.7. Product Quality and Warranty
7.1. Product specifications are provided in the descriptions of each item.
7.2. The Seller is not liable if the color or shape of the product on the Buyer's display does not perfectly match the physical item.
7.3. Warranty and Maintenance: Please be advised that warranty service, technical maintenance, and diagnostics are performed exclusively at the Seller's designated address in Lithuania: Savanorių pr. 191, Vilnius.
7.4. For international orders (outside of Lithuania), the Buyer assumes all transportation costs and risks associated with delivering the product to the service center in Lithuania and its subsequent return to the Buyer.8. Returns and Exchanges
8.1. Returns are processed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
8.2. To return a product, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 14 business days of delivery.
8.3. Items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and unused.
8.4. International Returns: For non-residents of the Republic of Lithuania, all direct and indirect return shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer. The Seller does not compensate for customs duties, local taxes, or bank commission fees incurred during international transfers.9. Liability
9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of provided data.
9.2. The Seller is exempt from liability if the Buyer failed to read these Rules despite being given the opportunity.
9.3. Disputes shall be settled through negotiation; failing that, according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.Company Details:
