Return conditions

1. The buyer, without giving a reason, has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods within 14 (fourteen) days by notifying the Seller.
2. The Buyer notifies the Seller of the cancellation of the sales contract by completing the application form. Upon receipt of the Buyer's request, the Seller immediately sends a confirmation of receipt of the notification.
3. We guarantee that if you received a defective product, not the one you ordered, we will refund the money you paid for it or send you a similar product.
4. The goods returned by the buyer must be undamaged, unused, without loss of merchandise appearance (labels intact, protective films not torn off), in the same package.
5. Returned goods must be in their original, neat packaging, otherwise they will not be accepted.
6. When returning goods, it is necessary to present the purchase document.
7. All costs related to the return of goods are paid by the buyer.
8. The seller undertakes within 5 days. d. return money to the buyer for the returned goods to the bank account specified by the buyer.
