  • Return Policy

    1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without stating a reason within 14 (fourteen) days by notifying the Seller.
    2. The Buyer shall notify the Seller of the withdrawal by submitting a free-form written request or an electronic form. Upon receipt, the Seller will immediately send a confirmation of the notification.
    3. We guarantee that if you receive a product of improper quality or the wrong item, we will refund the amount paid or replace it with an identical suitable product.
    4. Returned items must be undamaged, unused, in their original marketable appearance (undamaged labels, protective films intact), and in the same complete set as received. Important: Technical devices (e.g., heat recovery units) must not show any signs of installation, mounting, or connection.
    5. Returned goods must be in their original, tidy packaging; otherwise, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the return.
    6. A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided for all returns.
    7. All transportation costs related to the return of goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
    8. The Seller undertakes to refund the money to the Buyer's specified bank account within 5–14 business days. The refund is processed only after the Seller receives the item and inspects its condition.
    9. If the Seller does not have a suitable replacement, the Buyer will be refunded the amount paid for the item, excluding original shipping costs.
    10. Returned items should be sent or delivered to the registered office: MB “Proventas”, Savanorių pr. 191, LT-02300, Vilnius, Lithuania.
    11. When returning an item, a written request must be submitted, including the order number, date, item name, price, and bank account details (IBAN/SWIFT) for the refund.
    12. International Returns: For non-residents of the Republic of Lithuania, the Seller does not compensate for any additional costs, such as currency exchange fees, bank commissions for international transfers, or any other related transaction fees.
