KOMFOVENT compact ePM1 55 % class filters have been upgraded to the ePM1 60 % class, elevating supply air filtration efficiency without any additional loss of pressure or air handling unit efficiency.
Filters are classified according to filtration efficiency, with specific categories based on the captured particle size. The classification is carried out according to the ePM (Efficiency Particulate Matter) rating system. ePM1 60 % filters capture the most dangerous PM 1 group (1 micrometre size) particulate matter – bacteria, soot, smog particles, and dust mite allergens, that can enter the bloodstream through the respiratory tract.
